Statistics

Scout provides a rich set of statistics for players across many titles. One of the benefits of using Scout, is all the stats for all titles are returned in the same format. Below we show how you can fetch stats for a particular player.

Fetching player stats

We can fetch a player by providing a playerId returned from the search API to the stats API.

Subscribing to updates

Scout provides access to a data stream for player stats. This means you can subscribe your app to a player, and updated player stats will be sent to your app as soon new data is available.

Note that the conditions for receiving an update change based on the title you're receiving stats for. Some titles can provide updates up to the second as a match is being played in real-time, while others will only provide updates when another user checks for stats and they have changed since the last check.
